- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Every studio starts with a 14-day free trial and no card. You set up, share your page, and take real reservations before you decide to pay.
- Is there a fee for reservations or per booking?
- No. Reservations are free for your members and there's no per-booking fee — you pay one simple monthly subscription for the software, nothing more.
- What happens when my trial ends or a payment fails?
- Your public booking page never stops working — members keep booking regardless of your billing state. Only the admin conveniences (creating templates, editing settings) pause until billing is sorted.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel or change tiers anytime from the billing portal. There's no lock-in and no cancellation fee.
- How is billing handled?
- Billing runs through Polar, our merchant of record, which handles VAT and sales tax, receipts, and invoices. You manage your subscription and payment method from a hosted billing portal.
